If you're thinking about picking up a racing game you could try Forza Horizon 4. It was released recently, so it will be $60.
You can play it on Xbox, and PC.

I agree with Chuck2020! I don't know about the last two mentioned, but D&D is one of, if not, the best tabletop RPG game! You create your own character and, with some friends, explore a fantasy world. It's truly amazing how easy it is to lose yourself, and lose track of hours. Skyrim is also a good and fun video game, but I'm not sure if it counts as a RPG.

Oblivion also has a great story and mechanics. No matter how meme-ish they have become. But nothing can beat sitting down around a table with friends and playing some good D&D. That's assuming your friends would be interested and not appalled by the game.

Giant rpg gamer here! I tend to err on the fantasy side of RPG games but Bioware and Bethesda typically are the way to go for big rpgs (despite their recent failures)
