In Skyforge, you will walk the path from an immortal warrior to a mighty God, gaining followers as you fight to protect your world.

Your loyal followers will help you increase your power as you rise to become an Elder God. The best of the best will join the Order of Keepers and shape the fate of the world.

Only a true God can defend Aelion against invaders, raging immortals and countless other dangers. Select the activity; PvP, PvE, group or solo, open world play, short instance or large raid to your liking and immediately set off to protect your people!

Begin with one of the three starter classes - Paladin, Cryomancer, or Lightbinder - and advance toward Godhood. As you progress and gain more power, unlock your choices of the 10 Advanced Classes - the Witch, the Knight, the Necromancer, the Archer, the Berserker, the Kinetic, the Gunner, the Slayer, the Monk, and the Alchemist! Switch between classes whenever you feel like it!

Skyforge is free to play, and all items in the market place are bought with in game currency.

Premium is available, and one of the new player gifts you get when you first log in is 3 days of free premium. Premium will get you more of certain rewards from adventures/quests, but otherwise you're not really missing anything if you don't buy it.

You can change your class at any time between any of the three starter class, but Advanced Classes have to be unlocked first. You do this by upgrading the Ascension Atlas, giving you're character more boosts and abilities. There are two main Atlases - one for your current class, and one with all the classes.

The image above is the Paladin Atlas, since I chose the Paladin as my starter class. The longer image on top is the entire Atlas, from zoomed out as far as it goes, while the bottom image is a zoomed in for a better look.

The other Atlas is basically just a larger version of this, were you can advance from your current class toward whichever Advanced Class you want to unlock.

You advance on the Atlases by unlocking Nodes (the bubbles) with various Sparks, which you'll gain by completing quests.

Everything is explained to you as you progress through the game. It's generally pretty easy to understand, as long as you don't skip any dialogue with NPCs at the Capital. There were a couple of times when I got impatient and missed something important, then had to stop playing and Google things because I couldn't figure out how to advance.

I actually beta'd this. It was pretty fun back then.

The game's gameplay feels nice. But that corridor's locations, and premium pff. I played them, and my mark is 6/10.
