This is the site: http://roll20.net/

Roll20 is the easy-to-use virtual tabletop that brings pen and paper gaming to the web the right way. Built on a powerful platform of tools, yet elegantly simple, it focuses on enhancing what makes tabletop gaming great: storytelling and camaraderie. It's incredibly user friendly, and runs right in your web browser, so there's nothing to download or configure.

There are many kinds of tabletop games that can be used on this site. For example, Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Shadowrun, Savage Worlds, Warhammer 40k, Star Wars, and many others.

Now, for every type of tabletop game, you have to have to either read the guides(which most people learn from) or a DM(Dungeon Master) can show/tell you step by step.

Here's an example of what is required for knowing/playing Pathfinder games:

This is for what you're looking for on making a Pathfinder character:

I'll admit, I really love doing these tabletop games when I can because of how long they are and all the critical fails that happen to people(cause lols). I've been only playing Pathfinder games so I don't have the knowledge on the other games(other than certain lores of the other tabletops). But hey, you can do whatever RP on it. Even anime RPs. So yeah, I would recommend it for the RPers.

So I'm DMing a Pathfinder Campaign called Way of the Wicked on here. I technically have a group of 5. I play with only 3 of them who wanted to really play. The 1st act was supposed to be difficult for they don't have anything to start with except a viel that magically contains items(nothing that great) They furthermore manage to "sneak" with a Large Ogre(who crit fumbled himself) and kill every guard, tied up the servants and threw them into the cooking fireplace, the sergeant, the warden, even the dogs. They then improved and blew up a part of the prison with the barrels of lantern oil in a contained area where a big explosion would happen. They take one barrel to pour the oil out, as they also go up a ladder, then drenching that in the oil. As they get to the 3rd level of the tower(3E, not on the picture) They get surprised when one guard was on another side from being shouted to from the one they saw and sounded his horn of the "remaining" guards which was just 2 of them. Thing too was that there were 2 braziers that were lit. They tip down the 1st one to activate the explosion. Then the weakest player(in strength) rolls a nat20 and tips down the other brazier, killing the so-called "reinforcements." They then climbed down a rope to escape the prison, at the end of the bridge was a guard post. The charismatic(should I mention how kinky this player is that it concerns everyone xD) one was gonna try to convince a guard that they were switching posts. The guard said that there was a signal horn out there and why she was out here. Then she rolls a bluff check that the guards caught the prisoners, which the bluff was downed until she "showed" and arrow wound from one of the guards. Then after that, she did a diplomacy/bluff check and got high 20s to Netflix and Chill and succeeds. As the guard opens the bridge gate, the party opens the door. Murdered.

And here's the aftermath
