Night in the Woods is a story driven interactive adventure game by Alec Holowka, and animator Scott Benson.
The project began on kickstarter and was successfully funded on November 22, 2013, and planed to release later this year.

You play the game as Mae, a black cat a college drop out who returns to her home in Possum Springs to discover that much has changed since she left. The old town seems different. Her old friends have grown in their own directions. Mae her self is also experiencing changes of her own, suddenly being granted mysterious abilities that grant her access to a side of town she never knew existed. The world is changing, things are ending, and the future is uncertain, but there is something in the woods the could mean no future at all.
