I've played alot of videogames spanning from different many different genres! My favorite throughout it all is Fighting games! What about you my fellow Dollars? What is or are your favorite genre in videogames?

Gotta go with grant strategy. Love adventure and exploration, but there is nothing quiet like outsmarting and outplaying your opponent.

I'm really into RTS and RPG's as well. Right now I'm playing an MMO called Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn and it's really awesome! 😮 The developers and the community are close to each other and I love that they listen to the community in general! =) Highly recommend it. There is so much content already.

What makes Realm reborn unique is that you can play all the classes in one character =) All the stats are different for each job and they release major patches with content every three months and more patches in between months. XD

I like Survival Horror and RPG.

Same here Kuro! I played Resident Evil series, Silent Hill series,Dead Space,Fear series, Dead Island, and can't think of most of the survival horror games but 😮 I also am a fan of horror games...especially Siren Blood Curse and Outlast.XD

For me its Action Adventure game. Legend of Zelda being my fav.
I enjoy rpgs but they take forever and i just don't sit down and play through them. I love platformers as well, I love the skill needed for them.

Dante Inferno <3 and yes I love Jilly Bean Valentine XD. But don't get me started on Zelda...Ocarina of time and Majora's Mask.. XD Any of you guys got the remakes or Hyrule Warriors? But yeah I grew up with Nintendo..especially super nintendo and N64, so many great games! =)

I love playing Rachel but my main is Valkenhayn XD I haven't tried the Touhou fighting games. XD

Reno, you have to try them!! Sakuya and Patchouli are the main ones I use, Sakuya is so great. In the second one you can use Meiling and Okuu. The fighting games let you use Yukari as well.

i like fighter and Action. it is hard to stay away once you find a good game!

I just recently started playing a game called Sleeping Dogs. It's open world action. You might like it Kurisu. Hell,Bayonetta is another good action game. XD And yeah I'll try it out as soon as I can Baka-Chan! Thanks for the suggestion! =)

I just love eeal time strategy. It gives great stimulation. P.S.: If it is online moba/mmo, *.* with friends it is great experience!

Any game that has cool social system is great right? Like if anyone has played Elsword for example, it has no world chat so you gotta run around asking.As for me im into Grand Fantasia now since there are really cool ppl there :)

Fighting games and turn-based RPG's all the way. I realize that they're pretty much polar opposites of each other, but I love the feeling of perfectly executing the combos I trained for in a live match and the feeling of progress as I mow down what used to be high-level mobs in RPG's.

I love all sorts of games personally. Not really a lover of shooter and car games in general. I suppose rail shooters are the exception.

i like most game genres, specially FPS,TPS and RTS, recently, i am also going to MOBAS(specifically DOTA) and Grand Statregy (Europa Universalis IV)

Rail Shooter I would recomemend is Resident Evil Umbrella Chrknicles and Dark Side Chronicles for the Wii.
A fighting game I would recommend is Ultimate Mavel vs Capcom 3.

MMO's are always welcome in my book XD As I stated in my earlier posts, I've currently playing Final Fantasy XIV:A Realm Reborn, Yurei.

Story driven games that I know of YoloLord is a game called Phoenix Wright, which there is a thread already about it. =)

An FPS that has RPG elements that people know Taco is probably, Borderlands series. XD Love the progression on this one.

RTS and TBS are really awesome. Have you ever played Heroes of Might and Magic? <3 Civilization series.

JRPGs are the BEST genre for me. Yeah, western RPGs are good, and are really mediocre at times (for example Elder Scrolls series), but JRPGS ARE AMAZING!!!! Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against western RPGs, and some are really good (I like the elder scrolls series, but don't think it's amazing, I love the exploration). All I can say, is that the best JRPG of all time (at least, pre 2015) is Xenoblade Chronicles. Amazing story, good graphics (at least for the Wii standards, would be better on a next gen console though), GIANT WORLD and freaking amazing gameplay. I say pre 2015 because I get the feeling the sequel is going to be better. Otherwise, Kingdom Hearts is great, Final Fantasy, of course, Ni No Kuni, Mario and Luigi series (eh, it's not amazing, for a JRPG), Bravely Default, Pokemon and how did I forget about Fire Emblem until now?

I'm a wuss and I like god simulations the best, like Godus, The Sims, Spore and so on...
I can't stand fast paced combat online games and PVP anymore, they make me panic... I used to play TF2 and League of Legends but I have switched to "calmer" singleplayer games even tho I crave to play League again from time to time...

Fav genre? well I can't really choose, but RPGs and adventure I guess, so I'd name Pokémon (main series) my favorite game since it has both exploration AND all the RPG features.

RPG and (Action-)Adventures for me. Have been a The-Elder-Scrolls fan for over a decade and I like the well-written storylines, the action and the riddles of a good adventure (Folklore or Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, anyone?). So, I guess I'm the conflict-and-exploration type according to the chart above.

I really like sandbox games like Garry's Mod. I also enjoy open-world survival games like DayZ and Rust. I also like sports games like Madden and NBA2K.

Survival Horror and Fighting games are my 2 go-tos, but really if a game has a good plot and the controls aren't total garbage I'll probably take to it pretty quickly.

I like horror but the problem is I can't play because they scare me to much although military vehicle are right up my ally and anything with a long play time that has focus on co-op.

RPGs and stuff if I'm playing alone, they're cool and stuff. Though, it's always fun having cowardly people jump into my arms (true story) when they're scared playing horror, 'le~!
