A 24/7 MMO that is FPS with RP elements. Players being military tacticians and commanders, political leaders who distribute funding and manage foreign relations, and spies who go undercover. As the game went on the world would evolve based on overall player input. If a nation funded research they may develop nuclear weapons before others, but a nation with superb spies might steal the info. New factions could be formed, coups and assassinations could be performed, and even revolutions could happen. I know it will never happen, but as 2 said, we can dream.
