any of the halos pretty much. otherwise COD 4 or COD WAW. if i were to name specifics though, Love theme, mgs4; Epilogue, Halo 2; Main Title, Freedom Fighters. and lastly, the opening theme to F.E.A.R.
The Devil May Cry series has really good music. American Mcgee's Alice. Basically all of the oldschool Resident Evil games (Except 3 because 3's soundtrack was kind of unmemorable IMO) But my particular favorites from RE is Resident Evil REmake's and Darkside Chronicles. The Batman Arkham games. The Banjo Kazooie games, Sonic Adventure 2, and I really liked Fat Princess's ost.

I love the OSTs from the Kingdom hearts series, Final Fantasy series, Legend of Zelda series, Assassin's Creed series, Pokemon series, The Walking Dead game, Ib rpg maker game, and many more (i just can't... remember them all! 0_0).
