I don't know if anyone's heard of this game, but even if you haven't, then I'm showing it to you today =D
CLOSERS Online is a side-scrolling action MMO that will simply rock your world. The graphics look astounding and it takes this type of gameplay to the next level. The visuals are awesome and flow of it all is great.
It runs on a self developed engine called "NKX" and the frames per second are around 80.
What truly amazes me is the storyline of this game. It isn't merely an anime-styled game, it's an anime inside a game. Everything takes place in the realistic human world, where an attack from inter-dimensional monsters is taking place. There are numerous cutscenes and perfect dialogue moments. I can't say much, clearly because I haven't played the game, but the information on the game's website, the teasers, trailers and gameplay have all convinced me that I will find a way to get a closed beta key for this...ANY way *gun loaded*
Some basic info that is known is that:
1. There are currently 4 revealed playable characters: Seha, Seulbi, J and Yuri.
Seha Lee is the Striker Class. He wields a gunblade and, as you can guess, is your knight in shining armor...not lol. He's a video game addict who prefers slacking off and doing his own thing. He can unleash grand explosions and perform strong counter attacks as well.
Seulbi Lee is the Caster Class. She's the leader of the gang, named the Black Lambs, and no wonder. Two of her specialties are using her two deadly knives in close combat and making a bus drop from the sky and crush you into smithereens. An assassin she may be, but she combines those skills with magic and every time she hits an enemy, she's able to perform special extra attacks.
J is the Fighter Class. He's your cool-headed white-haired sunglasses dude, who'll take care of everything with the strength of his own two fists. His range is the shortest from all of the characters, but his blows are heavy, considering that small range.
Yuri Seo is the cheerful youngster of the group, the Ranger. Now, by Ranger and youngster, I mean a badass girl with a katana, a handgun and at least a D-cup...Yah, I bet that by now, you got the idea of the type of character she is XD
There are four other characters yet to be revealed.

3.Release Date
As far as my digging in the trash results show, the Korean version of the game [yes, it is Korean] will be launched in December 2013. MAYBE. The developers state that they want to release the game by 2014, but you never know. In any case, seeing as the game still hasn't been launched IN ITS OWN COUNTRY, don't go overboard thinking it'll come around in English soon...but...Maybe, just maybe, we might have a hint that the launch will be global and not just for Korea =3 Why? Well, the official site is available in Korean, Japanese and English. If you ask me, that is definitely a sign that the developers aren't aiming at their country's audience only, but at foreigners as well. This might just be a hint that the English version won't be so far away as it might have been in normal circumstances...Or it might just be the crazy me wishing this game would come out sooner XD In any case, the developers have indeed stated that they want to create one of the best anime games that combines anime-styled characters with a real-life place and high graphics, so maybe they'll try getting an English version of their game out there soon in order to spread the awesomeness? Yes, I am pretty excited for this game! I can't wait >_<

OP its not an mmo as much as they like to calling it one =>/<= side scrolling RPG with some online features i,e does not make it an mmo by any standards.
The game does however look realy nice, it just a shame it is a side scroller.
