Kidou Senshi Gundam: Extreme Versus is what's the shit right now, it's on the PS3.
You have Kidou Senshi Gundam: The 3D Battle on the 3DS
There's Gundam Battle Operation on PSN, for PS3, I'm not entirely sure whether or not it's on the XBLA
And if you don't have consoles, SD Gundam Online and Gundam Online are your best bets.
