We all have been there. 2 hours spent going through that dungeon and seconds from the Boss fight.... Then boom! Chores hit. What is the most frustrating interruption you have experienced while gaming? What were you trying to accomplish when you were interrupted?

When I played a Pokémon, I was in front of a legendary and there my brother scared me and I jumped. I dropped my console and everything I had done had been lost. Of course, my poor little brother did not survive ♥

I'm in the boss room of this online gamw, i'm the support, and my dad thinks its funny to un-plug the internet cord...
I came back five minutes later, my party is dead and i'm stuck fighting monsters twice as strong as me.

well besides being called for chores in the middle of a run.Like others i was tanking in an heroic instance, and of course my dad disconnected me T_T needless to say it didn't end well for my party

My cat meowing over and over so i pause the game, let him in, then he proceeds to rub furiously on the chord until he unplugs it after i had played hours without saving. Grrrrah! Sooo freaking frustrated!!

Parents come into your room to talk to you about something when I'm in a middle of a game that I can't pause!

When im playing my Xbox and my friends little sister turns off my Xbox on purpose. The only reson she does it is because she knows i caint do anything to her.

For me my top two are when I play Mass Effect 3 and that game puts me in certain mood sets during scenes and when everyone is talking over it and making loud noise it KILLS the mood, I go from crying my eyes out watching Earth get invaded then "hey what's on tv?"
My second is when my games start to get laggy when your just getting to the good stuff.

Just as I get settled into my gaming area, all cozied up with my Monster and gaming rig, lights off, I grab my controller about to hit play, and then... Phone call. Emergency. Have to go.

Crap.

Playing an intense game of whatever, I'm winning, I'm winning.....BOOM! Game freezes....and it does not save...*throws game system out the window*.

Almost killed a boss in a dungeon then sudden internet disconnection appears *It's supper effective* WTF

Playing LOZ Twilight Princess, about to kill Ganondorf. My dog runs in and tackles me, resulting in me (link) dying. My reaction:Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!

I got a new one, when in my game the characters are at the funeral for another character and right when I'm about to cry, my entire family walks in the room and talks talks talks, plays tv on the damn I-pad, and other crap. Hello! I'm at a freaking funeral!

When you try to be clever by using one controller until it needs to be charged so you put the dying one on the charger and switch to the one that was already on the charger but learn that the second controller is broke and only works when plugged into the console.

in the middle of parkouring your almost at the end when lag goes like NOPE AHYUK AHYUK and slaps you off, ir your sibling comes when you go to the restroom and "helps" you by making your character suicide.

When you accidentally hit the windows key in the CLIMAX part of the story or game! UUUGGGGH!!

I know some games eliminate this problem, but I can never forget the games of my generation where this was a huge problem! XD

I'm playing Metal Gear Solid 4. It's at the very end with a very touching scene with Snake and I'm almost at a tear and then my family comes in like "The hell you crying for?" and I lose it and yell "It's art damn it! Nothing YOU people would know about!".

happens with every game when you're battling, but I hate it the most when someone calls out your name, especially for something like Dark Souls or Pokemon. It always happens with me, and it's so frustrating

Well for pokemon it isn't that bad since it's turn based. But I understand what you mean about Dark Souls (even though I haven't played it oops)

I was playing this nifty little online game called EpicMafia, where you're either one of a various bunch of mafia roles, or one of the town roles. Or a third party. There's a lot of explaining to it I'm just going to leave out for now. But I had the town role of Detective, where each night I can visit people and discover their roles. I was about to bust a mafia, but my mom decided to drag me away to watch some video advertising the upcoming movie Devil's Due, and it was just this robotic baby in a stroller rolling around, crying, and when someone approached, it screamed and sat up with this permanent terrifying look. Over and over. Before I could report the mafia I had discovered, I became a vegetable (basically I idled out since my mom was guilt tripping me into watching the dumbass video; I've never really loved thrillers like she does.)
