I saw this online and I wanted to buy it! But, isn't it in all Japanese? Or have they made an American version yet?!

Forgive me for bumping an obvious waste of thread, but whenever I hear the first ending theme I always think about how freaking cool a GTA / Saints Row style sandbox crime rpg based on Durarara and set in Tokyo would be.
