Crystal Saga? I've played for... 2 hours. It is something, but not anything new or too interesting to play for too long. It's all about hack 'n slash. Since it is a browser game, here are others I recommend:
RuneScape - Though widely hated, RS is by far the best browser game around. The free content is quite a lot, enough to pick your attention for weeks or even months, but it's NOTHING compared to what you can do when you are going Pay2Play. And hey, 14 dollars (price changes depending on country) a month for that huge content is... well, rather cheap. Lots of trainable skills from combat (Strenght, Attack, Ranged, Magic...) to support and money farming (Woodcutting, Cooking, Fishing, Thieving...), countless quests, fun and varied minigames (which not only offer exclusive rewards as items, but also give a different, fun way to train some skills) and, as far as I've seen, it has THE best Clans system EVER. And damn, I've played a lot of games. Oh, and if you have a decent computer, the graphics aren't bad either. And the best for last: the combat system is currently only click-and-wait. But fear not! They are working on a new combat system, full of different moves for each combat style, the greatest upgrade since the game was made in 3D!
AdventureQuest WORLDS - This one is a personal favorite. AQW, much like every other AE (Artix Entertainment) game, is a multiclass 2D game, heavily focused on the storyline. As a characteristic of the company, they release new content EVERY Friday, so having nothing to do is nearly impossible, specially for new players. But, in my opinion, the best part is not the game itself, but how you are part of it all. The company is caring about their community like no other - though their schedule is always full due to the weekly releases, you can easily see some developers/moderators running around the game, and even chat with them on Twitter. This company-players relationship is their top priority, when they make the game, the entire community makes the game. They even have the Suggestion Shop, a shop full of items designed by aspiring artists who play the game. But that is where the problem begins. Lately, they have been hearing the players TOO much, bringing us problems such as over-detailed items, enormous weapons and such, leaving older players who used to love the game's simplicity unsatisfied. Not to mention that the huge number of items is bringing some problems, RPG-wise. There is no meaning in being a Paladin, for example, you are nothing but a guy who worked endlessly for days to get a holy bolt-shooting armor.
DragonFable - Another AE game, this one is not an MMO, but a single player RPG. Where it loses in player-player interactivity, it wins everywhere else. Its plot is amazingly fun, not to mention funny as well. It's a nice game to play once in a while.
Now, if you want some client games, I suggest Grand Chase and Elsword for lobby based fighting/action, Dungeons & Dragons Online for something more like tabletop RPG, and maybe Dragon Saga (AKA Dragonica), Atlantica Online, Dragon Nest...
