Alright, so I thought this over for a couple of days, and I would love to hear some feedback. First off if you did not know, YYH = Yu Yu Hakusho. Now let me explain this idea. This is like one of the Naruto shippuden storm games, and open area that you can run around during your fights. Instead of a chakara meter, you have a spirit meter that will deplete, and in some cases not regenerate. (ex. Yusuke has 5 shots with his spirit gun, or one at the beginning of the game, and when he uses it a bar is taken away.) Understand? Now the core game could be made by CC2, and it could go through the entire series using anime clips for connecting fights and so forth. They could have a whole bunch of characters and do almost all of the fights in the story. If they really wanted to add something extra, they could make areas like the bleach game for the playstation where you run through and kill demons. Anyway that was just a side thought, the main thing here is the open area fights, all of the series, and a gigantic fighter roster! Well first things first if you want to make video games. Do you know anything about C++, Photoshop CS 4/5, and/or Blender/3D Max?

Seems alot like the YYH Dark Tournament game for the PS2 but slightly improved. Haven't played it in years, but it seems really similar to me.

In all honesty, I've always wanted a YYH game that was like an RPG with real time fighting. Where it's not JUST fight then cutscene then fight then cutscene then fight etc. Like the GBA game, Spirit Detective for like, the Playstion or something. I like training and leveling up; a good story helps, but you can't really go wrong with Yu Yu Hakusho.

Look, that's probably not going to happen even if you were lucky enough to get that far because of a thing call copyright. They don't know if you have copyrighted this idea of yours yet, and nor will they try getting a hold of you to ask. You're much better off making the game yourself or something.

Dude's got a point. Not only that, many people who have the ability to make the game might not be interested in working on it in the first place. Making a game is very time consuming; all the art involved, the animation sequences, the programming, etc.

Unless you find people who are really involved/interested/motivated or a person who can do all that that's interested/motivated/etc; it'll either never get started, or end up halfway finished when they quit.

And change your name because every noob who comes on this site is a Setton, Masaomi Kida, Izaya, Shizuo or Mikado. No one is ever going to be able to tell you apart from the several others, especially if you don't have a tripcode. It's not that hard to come up with something original.

If I were in your position (actually I am kinda in your position) I would just learn C++, Photoshop, and Blender. It will take a year or two but in the end, you get better results. I would also get a computer class at my school and make friends with the people there so I can possibly recruit them into helping me down the road.
