I'm looking forward to 3D as well. Technically it's the second game to take place after KH2, but Re:coded doesn't really count since it took place maybe five minutes after KH2 XD;

What I'm looking forward to the most, I think, is how the different elements of the title come together. With it being called Dream Drop Distance, it implies that something drastic is going to happen. I just hope it doesn't happen to Sora D: Though one thing I'm hoping for is an appearance from Ventus. If it's a dream world, it could happen!

technically its supposed to be KH I, II, re-coded,and KH III (N/A). the rest which are KH CoM, KH BBS, and KH 358/2 days were all just installments in the game. As a way to 'fill in the gaps.' The new KH 3D(yes its in 3D as well weird huh) has something to do with the KH III installment coming out soon. I don't know much about this game, since I don't like to give myself spoilers, but I hear its supposed to be good and have characters from TWEWY. btw that last bit was spoiled by a good friend of mine (evil woman)

I'm not lucky enough to own more then two different systems at once. So I'll most likely get a PSP so I can play BBS and whatever system KH3 comes out on. With that said I hope most of the hand held Kingdom Hearts games come out on PSP, I'm just too poor to go out and get other systems to keep up with their latest inserts.

I know x3, and it's probably gonna be for the Wii or Wii U since Nomura has stated he'd love to bring out the functionality of that system using the game in the same way he did with the DS.

And I don't think it'll be a handheld. I'm pretty sure the handhelds are only for spinoffs. Since COM related directly to KH 2's story, they made it for the PS2.
And I also hope they re-release those Neku and Shiki figures too; they only had them for a limited time and I can't find them anywhere D:. But yeah, they probably will have a TWEWY 2, they hint at it all the time, so it might already be in production.

Yeah, they had Shiki and Neku that were released in limited amounts. I almost cried when I lost a bid for them :c. They also had a limited edition NDS Lite that I wanted so badly.

What would you rate the game as opposed to other Kingdom Hearts games?
And if we don't get some more TWEWY merchandise, I am gonna be pissed, mostly because none of it came to America on the first run. (The ds, figures, and soundtrack were all Japan only. All we got was the game and gameguide, and even that was incredibly rare.)

I want to play the game so bad but I dont have a PS3 or any of the newer game systems. I wish they would release it on the Wii too that would be awesome because then you could use the Wii remote as a keyblade. Also was TWEWY any good because if it is that will finally give me an excuse to buy myself a Nintendo DS.

Yeah, but then the guidelines would've also been more censored, cheesy and the game would be much easier because of the censoring Disney is doing. Also, it was Square that contacted Disney, so I don't think there is much interference from Disney, it's just a tamer story than FFVII. And with a storyline about chasing hearts, why would you be evil? You just want a heart, thats not a very sinister thing if it was taken from you. They only want to be whole again, not cause worldwide destruction and terror, there is no need for them to be any more evil than they are.
And for the VAs, it also depends on who's available. Disney tries to get the same VAs when they can, but they don't hold production because the VA they want is busy. And if that VA declines, they take in the best of anyone who they can get. It's not necessarily Disney's fault, as it is the Voice Actor themselves.

all good points, still though, if square enix had been solely responsible for the game, a few of the more annoying flaws it had would have been fixed, and i would like the kingdom hearts games a lot more, not to say that i dont already thoroughly enjoy them

But again, sole responsibility means the game would be different; no Disney. And what annoying flaws? The only one I found was that KH2 was far too easy.

its real main flaw is that most of the worlds stories dont really grab you, a lot of the time it feels like the people dont really matter to the outcome, though the battle of a thousand heartless is one of the most fun and nostalgic moments iv ever had in gaming (this includes the run down to the valley where they all are)

I dunno, I liked em; don't think I had much of a problem with any of the worlds. Though I do agree, some of them could be better. (Though I haven't played 1 or 2 in quite a while, so I'd have to replay them to say what worlds.) And yessssss, the 1000 heartless fight was so fun |D
So was the fight with Sephiroth, actually. (and he was alot easier than the secret/optional bosses in KH1)

i never managed to beat sephiroth in 1, and in 2 i died a few dozen times before i got used to the way he attacks i managed to figure out when to heal before he attacked with one of his flurries, heartless angel still throws me though

Oh, I trained and trained, from level 65-97; and then I did the dumbest thing ever. Forgot to save before I fought him.
So now I have one file, level 65, and I haven't beaten him; and the other, 97 and I can't fight him again *headdesk*

ohhh... i feel for you, and i cant quite remember how to find him in one my friend myaki might ill get him to post if he does, but i watched him fight him in 1 and he only could do it once without the gameshark and im pretty sure it was luck

I've only ever fought/found Kurt Zisa and the Phantom, and I was killed outright. I don't think I'd stand a chance against Sephiroth even if I found him xD

You can find Sephiroth after you seal the keyhole in hollow bastion, and go to Hercules world and a new tournament opens up called the Platinum match. The best weapon to use would be the ultima weapon, and be at least at level 90. I got to level 100 anyway and still got my ass handed to me, but eventually managed to beat him once you figure out his moves and speed. Lots of potions also recommended.

And the reason they're on every system and not on one line of systems is so they can sell more of the systems as well. Its turning into a cash cow. Thats why I quit KH after KH2. The only reason I'm getting this one is for Traverse Town and the TWEWY cameos.

Yeah I'm thinking about getting it. I've played the demo, seemed to still have the same battle system. (haven't played kingdom hearts in awhile) I love how they put TWEWY characters in it. I loved that game.

is it the 3 we're all hoping for, or another stallng game?

I Dont Like the Action Command So Much...

I just got the game this week, and I'm on La Cité des Cloches. Personally, I use Flowmotion all the time - it's super-fun!

Why can't they just put it on PS3 already? Heck, I am still wanting for the real third game. Why can't i just play as Sora anymore? Oh and they need a Musashi level. It was a game made by square enix back in like 2006.

Has anyone read the secret message yet its hard to unlock but when u read it u might jump with joy or something else.

I beat the game two days ago...and if it wasn't one in the morning, I would have likely beat my heat against a wall.

It's a good game...but there were lots of moments that made me go "WHAT?!"

So...who beat Julius? XD Beat him with Riku (47) and Sora (45) both with overdrive keyblade :b

I was able to beat him with Riku, thanks to Balloon spells and a lot of Curagas. I restarted on Proud mode before I could beat him with Sora.

Glad I'm not the only KH freak. lol. my sis got DDD for her birthday and I play it more than she does. lol, what a bad sister I am.

As Riku he was easy for me actually. Curaga, Ballonra+Ballonga=ownage xD Oh and the Overdrive keyblade along with Dark Roll helped lol. It was harder with Sora because I didn't have dark roll >.<

When the 3ds came out, i wasn't really interested...
Then Ocarina of Time came out and i was like "yeah, might be my chance to finally play that thing!"
Then this comes out... and you get to play as riku AND have cute partner animals AND it has TWEWY in it.
