Since the game released yesterday and i got my first copy when gamestop opened it was really good. what did you think about your copy?

I just finished it! The story was pretty good, and I found most of the gameplay to be very accommodating to a variety of skill levels. I didn't give Classic Sonic his dues, though; in all honesty I was more familiar with Modern Sonic (from playing Colors recently) so I cleared most of the challenge levels with Modern Sonic. I'm going to go back eventually and finish Classic Sonic's levels, though.

My only gripe is that there were a few clunky moments with Modern Sonic. Some of his levels had built-in guardrails, for lack of a better term, that made for very forgiving jumps and misses. Other levels took me an hour or more because of the lack of those guardrails. Argh. Otherwise, Classic Sonic gave me a total nostalgia kick and I enjoyed the whole game immensely.

I think I'll get this on 3DS. I heard this game got very good reviews, and though I haven't played too many Sonic games, this one looks really interesting.

Why did i have to buy a wii?! i've been wanting to play this since i first heard about it, but then i find out it's only for ps3, xbox, and 3ds. damn it!

Wii was promising, but now seems to be the worst of the last gen consoles. I might just wait it out for the PS4 since it's scheduled for 2012 (if you follow the 6 year trend between consoles)
