Oh look, another elder scroll game.

I kind of associate the elder scrolls along the same lines as "oh look, another call of duty" or "oh look, a new final fantasy"

Aesthetic differences, no real challenge, if you've played one then you've essentially played them all. While there ARE ones in the series that stand out above the rest, it's pretty much the same game.

So I think it will be okay. Nothing amazing. I'd probably enjoy it more if the elder scrolls fanbase wasn't a raging brat about Dark Souls all the time.

i love the elder scrolls and they are nothing along the lines of COD not only that but theses come out only every 6 to 8 years so its always a big deal another ftw is dark souls? one last thing if its not a challenge try turning up the difficulty

I would get it, especially since it comes with a pre-order bonus, but probably there will be a game of the year edition, so waiting for that

my first elder scrolls was oblivion and while it was a great game but i just never became a fan even though i fucking love fallout 3 and new vegas which is basically the same game with guns and technology instead of bows n arrows and magic. Verdict:i guess i like guns?

SKYRIMUS!!!! sorry for the dragon shout. I've been playing the elder scrolls since Morrowind, the gameplay was awesome, music was wonderfully amazing, and the amount of hours I have put into the game was like...OVER 9000! In any case, Skyrim is a must have, NUFF SAID!

My friends and I are having a Skyrim Sleepover. Getting our X-boxes all together at one of our friends house, and playing seperate stories and characters for hours on end. It shall be one hell of a night. We have no lives. ^.^

I'm really excited to get it. I know many might think I'm crazy, but I'm not made of money so I'm most likely waiting for a bit for the price to go down at least a bit, for there to be some sort of sale, or for the holidays. It's also because there are quite a few games that I want now, one is coming out: the new AC, and I want another two games I've been dieing for. And I preordered FFXIII-2 so I need to think about how I'll manage this. But anyway, I did love Oblivion and this just looks amazing, can't wait

This games is so crazy I got to lv 50 as a thief so I mad a new guy as a warrior and I already found like 10 quest i did not do with my lv 50

I bought skyrim and am a redguard, I am the leader of the dark brotherhood and archmage at the college in winterhold and I am only level 12, and here is a hint to you fellow skyrim players, if you want to be an archmage or brotherhood leader you dont need power just a good plan and magic, lots and lots of magic and a couple of unrelentess forces come in handy too.

vampires have many disadvantages, it would be better to be a werewolf, but both will be attacked when entering a village or city, and you can also join the college of winterhold and complete various quests and become arch-mage and have many new types of magic and armor.

Should i get this for the xbox or pc.

There's one thing I still don't understand... Werewolf damage and armor are based off light armor,and one handed skills. So why the hell do the companions use two handed weapons (or a bow)and heavy armor? It just doesn't make sense...

I love Skyrim, it is easily my favorite game. And it will probably stay my favorite until TES VI is released.

So, I picked this game up again after I pretty much destroyed DSII.

I started out a Breton and spent a good hour on his face.
He is a handsome guy, really.
So, also.

>no HUD (This means I can't see health bars or anything)
>Legendary
>eat, sleep, no wet clothes, realistic burdens
>no music
>brightness set low enough that when it's dark, it's real dark

So far, I have made it to Riverwood and have been camped up there for a few days.
Chopping wood and hunting dear.
I made a sword, but I am weak and cannot fight the bandits and Embershard Mine.
Wolves also kind of wreck my shit and I would not have made it to Riverwood if I had not went along with that Hadvarr character.

I also got some wimpy elf from Riverwood to follow me around for a bit.
He makes a good hunting partner.
So much leather, so much meat.

Walking around at night is impossible because of how dark it is.
Holy shit.
If I could get into Embershard, I know there are torches inside.
Gotta get stronk.

I have played this since its release and it's overall an epic game. but the only consoles I own for is
ps3 and PC not only have I beat it but I play it with mods on the PC and I am not complaining but my Computer is too slow and it seems my PS3 can handle high graphic games but does not have a data file menu for mods and such. My question is: Is there a way to use mods from nexus and Steam on the PS3 version of Skyrim???

So, I first heard about Skyrim back in 2014 and saw some friends playing it and I was interested at the time. Then I got it for my XBOX 360 and fell in love with the game. I've been playing it for years. My XBOX recently broke and my brother is letting me use his PS4 and I play it there now, this time using mods (finally!) and I love it even more. This game is so amazing it's definitely my all-time favorite game!!
