So so sooo sorry if I'm necroposting (is that what it's called?), but I had to say this: Dungeons & Dragons does tend to cost money. Just sayin', counting how many books my parents and their friends have, from the Dungeon Master's Guide and Player's Handbook to the many Monster Manuals, books about special rules (one book even details rules about masochist characters), books regarding types of creatures (Book of the Undead, Fiend Folio, and Draconomicon), etc.
I grew up in a nerd house.

Unless a topic is considered resolved, necroposting is perfectly fine. In fact it's encouraged, rather than making a whole new thread for a topic simply because all the other ones are old.
Anyway, it's perfectly possible to find online manuals in the form of pdf files online, and all you really need is the player's handbook. It's probably illegal, and feels less legit, but when it comes down to it, my answer was in jest and I wasn't really being accurate with details. I was punctuating how silly the question was.

Ok when somebody says RPG the first thing that comes to mind is eitehr WOW or Runescape. Everyone knows about these so we should look for other less known ones.

Runescape isn't really an RPG, it more sits there due to certain mechanics being the same whilst missing the other elements of an RPG (or I somehow missed all the story in the game, there were character interaction aside from trading, quests, and snarking, and I didn't feel immersed at all). WoW being an RPG, I can understand as it (apparently) has a whole lot of interaction, story, lore, and immersion.
Anyway, back on topic:

Well, shit. Find a cardboard box, make it into a kitchen and pretend to make sandwiches? Jokes aside, the closest I can get will violate at least one point. Keeping the "for girls" part in mind, all I can think of for some reason is Princess Maker 2, but that requires a download.

Why not download?
If you do actually decide to download, download RPG Maker games, many are for girls, as many are for guys, kids, and so on. Rpgmaker.net is a pretty good source for games. Sorry for the necro, but it helps this topic.
