Mine has to be Fable: The Lost Chapters.
I was never allowed a gameboy or a console as a kid, so Fable: TLC was the first game I actually got to play (mind you it was on a mac laptop). These days, I also consider it the game that sparked my interest in gaming in the first place, and still possibly the best game that I've ever played/still play every couple of months.

Mine favorite game is most likely Super Mario RPG, Legend of the Seven Stars. A really old SNES game that is the spiritual predecessor of the Paper Mario Series. Some of my fondest memories come from this game! :D
