My favorite company of all time(Atlus) and my favorite fighting game company making a game together? I'm sold. Aksys is known for making some pretty insane fighters, so I'm really looking forward to see how they'll make this play.

This does look freaking epic. I'm not a huge fighting game fan, but my love of Persona more than makes up for it. Plus, it's really pretty, which just makes it that much better. I think I read on the (badly translated by Google) Famitsu page that it takes place two months after P4, with Teddie hosting some sort of fighting competition. And yes, >>5, that is Aigis. It apparently is going to have P3 characters as well, but Aigis is the only one that has been revealed.

As of tight now, only some P4 characters and Aegis are confirmed, more should be announced soon, and >>10 I don't believe this will be part of the Persona canon

That's exciting. I wasn't pumped when I heard they were making a Persona fighting game, but knowing Arc System is behind the fighting elements... I'll be looking into this.

I just wonder how this'll work out, this wouldn't be the first time a great game series has had a fighting game spin off, though I'm confident about this one, cuz as was previously stated, Atlus, as well as Arc System Works are working on this

I'll be honest with ya, I never got around to playing Persona 4 (it's next on my to-buy list) but I am in LOVE with Persona 3 Portable. I will def buy this game when it comes out. But, wait, doesn't that mean I should buy and beat Persona 4 first...? Well, it's not like I don't have time. A Persona fighting game would be Suuuuh~weet.
