i dont know if i have 5 psp games, but i'll give it a shot:
persona 3 portable: I really love this game. letting you control your party is a big plus from the original, the female path is genuinely good, and maniac mode (very hard difficulty) gives a nice added challenge.
metal gear solid peace walker: if your a metal gear fan this is a must. gorgeous graphics and an engine similar to that of mgs4. plus you get to play as big boss again, and thats always fun. takes up a lot of room on the memory stick, so be prepared.
kingdom hearts birth by sleep: probably the best kingdom hearts game yet. three separate paths give you a good reason to keep coming back. like mgs peace walker, it also takes up a lot of memory.
disgaea: both disgaea and disgaea 2 are available on the psp, and considering how much time you can sink into these games, that should give you plenty to do. for strategy rpg fans who are also willing to grind away their lives.
valkyria chronicles 2: though i haven't played it yet, it is the sequel to valkyria chronicles. from what i hear it is just as good and i do plan on playing it eventually.
Yeah, I've been playing the first Persona for the PSP to prepare myself for the 2nd one that will be released for the PSP as well. It's really good. Hidehiko Uesugi (Brown) is my favorite in the game so far, haha.
Persona 3 Portable: Beat FES at least two or three times, loved the new content and the interface/gameplay improvements. To anyone playing this version as their first time, definitely go with the original male character first.
Birth By Sleep: Bought it in Japan because it wasn't out in the US yet and I was impatient...and then came back and bought the special edition PSP (and sold my old one). Utterly amazing, but definitely not a good place to start playing the series.
Valkyria Chronicles II: Great game, absolutely a solid sequel despite the "downgrade" in console. I got to try the demo for III at TGS last September, and it will be even better than II (still for the PSP). My only disappointment was the lack of Japanese voices like in the first game, but a UMD can't exactly hold as much as a Blu-ray.
Star Ocean 1/2: I started the series with IV on the PS3, but I really enjoyed the remakes of the first two. They definitely have the feel of the "older" JRPGs (as in really, really predictable), but they make it work in their favor.
I guess that's technically 5 games. I only got the PSP last May-ish, and I tend to buy games that take a while to complete. I'm definitely happy with the purchase, though. :D
- Monster hunter freedom unite (spent more than 500h on it) - Metal gear solid peace walker - Disgaea 2 dark hero days - Little big planet 2 - Armored core last raven ( bad controls but mech customisation is awesome)
