The last indie film thread dates 2011. Time to fix that~~~

TIL; I have been missing out.

Why is it that Hollywood can't even touch these works of art. Truly, Hollywood pales in comparison to the passion found in these films. What is it that makes a group of people create something so magnificent, with their own time and money, and with no guarantee of it being watched.

I have found a new joy here. This being an experience apart from corporate film. Raw creativity not diluted by greed and ego.


I so very highly recommend these two films next time you dont know what to watch but feel like a full movie. Bare with the drop in image quality given the budget. (below)


Have any of you found a particular indie film or indie film maker that you enjoy? Even if they're not feature length; Id love to dive deeper into the world of indie film making. I wont describe them because I think even the slightest detail will diminish the experience if you go in blind.
