Just saw this film a little while back and jesus christ it is disgusting, but not in a bad way. The message they were trying to get across was very clear and very provocative, I love it. The visual style for this film is SUPER striking and is honestly what drove me to watch it, it's so bright and poppy, but very symbolic. If any of you get the chance, please watch this film!! It's very vulgar and uncomfortably sexual, but it's all done very well.

The way youre describing reminds me of Midsommar. Careful tho. One of the best films I've seen but.. dang... the writing, the cinematography, the imagery, the lore of the story sprinkled everywhere... but dang... the acting was incredible and I only recognized a couple faces, they all were spectacular, from minor to major roles all of them did justice to the part and the culnimation of the all is to perfectly balanced and precise in its intent and execution... but dang...
