Come onnn guys why's there not a thred like thisss?
I'm open to discuss anything marvel related, but am currently intrested on hearing your thoughts on Captain Marvel teaser trailer. People I've seen on the internet so far are all soooo excited and say it's gonna be awesome, but i don't really know tbh... She seems kinda unnecessary and i don't want her to take all the credit for defeating Thanos in Avengers 4. It all seems like it's only there for feminism and for Phase 4 they said that's gonna be the focus along with a Black Widow movie and i'm not sure i like that...

I think a lot of people are hyped because of two reasons.
One she is one of marvel strongest characters. I personally actually think doctor strange is stronger tho. ( they side lined him in the comics for this story) and two her type of stories could be a bridge between space heros like the gardians and earth based ones

It's all about that captain america, baybyyy.
But really, I share your opinions on captain marvel, it really seems just forced in there in my opinion. Yeah, I know, she's probably the most powerful person in the MCU but ehhh.
Just hope she's not gonna be obnoxious, black panther already kinda streched the line by shoving all this "black people this/black people that" as if black panther was about race, not about the character or the wonderful world that they created.
Also hope they finally fix antman, those movies were so boring.
