Is it any good?

I'm thinking about seeing it.

It was pretty fun watching the Joker and Harley Quinn doing stuff for all of 5 minutes, but pretty much everything else waa boring as shit.

I would recommend you see it. It's very flawed but the characters are fun enough to pull you through, especially Harley Quinn and Deadshot.
I did hate Jared Leto as the Joker though, he was weird but not the right Joker sort of weird.

Joker was pretty terrible, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a blast during his whole 10 minutes of screen time.

While it is not a perfect film, it is mostly accurate and fun, though if you are not a fan of the comics much of this films appeal will most likely be lost on you.

It was an okay movie, but you could've cut out the Joker and lost nothing, which by extension means you could've cut Harley Quinn and lost nothing, and that would've rid the movie of one of its best parts. Amazingly, I thought the best part was Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang. The guy can't act for shit, but he actually gave such a fantastic performance in Suicide Squad that I had to keep reminding myself it was him in that role.
