Do you have to watch Hellsing to watch Hellsing Ultimate? I heard you didn't have to and then i've heard that you do. It's confusing. Does anyone know? I've been wanting to watch it for a while now..

You don't need to watch healing first. Ultimate is a better take on the series and is the best in my opinion. ^.^

this isn't a full-metal alchemist/brotherhood situation, Hellsing ultimate is just the definitive version.
although Hellsings OP "the world without logos" is the better opening hands down
