In light of the recent badass trailer, I thought its time to create a thread for the Dollar's opinion on the upcoming movie.

It's definitely going to be an awesome movie, but the directors should've made it the conclusion of the trilogy (or at least the last one, depending on how many sequels they want to do). Because the fight between Bats and Superman happens when Batman is an old man. Before that, both were friends and fought side by side. I think the movie will lead to some misconceptions about how the story looks in the comic books. Because a potential viewer of the movie didn't read any (or at least not many) of the comic books.

First movie was shit, and the premise seems incredibly fanssrvice-y to me.

Having said that, I'm looking forward to it.

Definately a step in the right direction for DC. Man of steel sucked but they've acknowledged that and used the controversy to create a genuine conflict between the two heroes.

I feel as if people are over hyping it. I'm not really interested because I already know the outcome.

I have a feeling that Superman nor Batman will win in this movie. Instead, I think they will catch themselves in drastic situations where their abilities will be tested as they save the day. What do y'all think?

I'm actually really excited for this movie, I didn't care for Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy and seeing a good version of Batman that follows the comics more would be interesting (ex: the teaser of Jason Todd's Robin costume in the trailer). I'm pretty sure neither of them could effectively kill each other given that they both have these like strong moral ideals against killing. If anything Wonder Woman would probably beat them both..
