So, I haven't seen anything posted about this movie yet, so I just wanted to put it out there. This movie has brilliant hand-drawn scenes and a nice story, nice to watch whenever you have free time. So yeah...

The plot isn't really all that special- not bad by any means, but nothing groundbreaking. Maybe that's because I went into it knowing some more spoiler-y plot points though. As for the animation? Absolutely stunning. The rain scenes and drawing scenes stick out in particular. The pacing was good, too. It never felt rushed.
Like the op said, a good movie for when you have free time and want to relax.
