Spoilers!! You have been warned!!

So I saw this movie recently, I had been avoiding it because of the choice for the star cast. But people kept telling me to watch it because it was a fantastic World War II movie. And holy shit do I ever regret waiting to watch this amazing movie!

What I liked about this movie:
- Was very realistic (not completely) in many aspects considering it was set during the end of World War II.
- Beautiful acting from the cast, even the side characters!
- Historically accurate in various forms of combat situations a tank during that era were used for.
- Showcasing how horrifying, terrifying and cruel war can be and how it affects everyone.
- The emotional portrayal of each character was beautiful, it was convincing!

What I didn't like:
- The special effects used for bullet and shell tracers, felt like I was watching a Star Wars movie at some points.
- The main characters did not die brutally like everyone else in the movie did. Literally people were ripped in half and the main characters die after being shot a few times. Brad Pitt was still in one piece after dying from a grenade blast that was only a few inches from his body.

Scenes that were memorable for various reasons:
- Norman being given a hard lesson on "kill or be killed" when Wardaddy makes him kill an unarmed SS.
- When the crew in the Fury enter an apartment that belonged to a German mother and her teenage daughter. It showed the drastic culture difference between soldiers and civilians.
- The battle between the Fury and the Tiger.
- "Best job I ever had" scene after the Tiger battle.
- Watching the crew in the Fury die one by one.
- The young German SS letting Norman live.

Overall Rating: 8/10
Would I recommend this movie to a friend?: Depending on who it is, HELL YES!
