It's hard to pick just one. There are a lot of anime movies out there, and one person's favorite is bound to be different from the next.
That said, Spirited Away is currently the only movie I have down as a 10 on My Anime List. It was one of my first after my reintroduction to anime, and it has most certainly stood the test of time.

i really enjoyed Nausicaä too, but Eve no Jikan is my favorite at the moment
tho Ghost in the Shell and Ginga Tetsudou no Yoru are really good too

Wolf children from Mamoru Hosoda is really great. Hosoda has been on streak of excellent award winning movies since The girl that leapt through time, and this in turn has me excited for his upcoming film The boy and the beast.

The story is really magical, the characters are really well made and the OSTs are one of my favourites! Really love the movie :)
