If you're a fan of Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost, you won't be disappointed, 'causet's in pretty much the same vein of Hot fuzz and Shaun of the Dead. It is pretty weird that Nick Frost plays the stuck-up asshole in this one rather than the moronically aloof idiot, though, that was different. Also, weird blue-blooded alien "blanks."

Basically, it's awesomeness. Watch it.

Just watched "Shaun of the Dead" and "The World's End". I have to say that I liked the former better, it was closer to Hot Fuzz in style and humour. The World's End had a bleaker undertone and better crafted action scenes, though. One thing, I really appreciated was Simon Pegg's portrayal of a great anti-hero, almost felt like a punk version of Jack Sparrow sometimes. But still, Hot Fuzz remains the best part of the Blood-and-Ice-Cream-Trilogy for me.

I know that taller guy! He's from Shaun of the Dead, right? Love the scene where they threw CD?/album at their first zombie kills...

Both of them star in Shaun of the dead. That movie, this movie and Hotfuzz are all part of a trilogy called 'The Cornettoto trilogy', of which The World's End is the last. Their names are Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
