I'm gonna start making movie threads more often, there really aren't enough of them. Let's start with one of my newest favourites.

Natural Born Killers is a 1994 American crime/action film directed by Oliver Stone. It stars Woody Harrelson and Juliette Lewis, along with Rodney Dangerfield, Robert Downey, Jr., Tom Sizemore, and Tommy Lee Jones.
The film is also based on a screenplay by (the legendary) Quentin Tarantino that was heavily revised by Stone with writer Dave Veloz and associate producer Richard Rutowski.

Okay, so the film is basically about a young couple, Mick (Woody Harrelson) and Mallory (Juliette Lewis) who decide to go on a killing spree. Their existence exhilarates the public and is irresponsibly glamourized by the media, eventually culminating in a fucking brilliant interview scene of Mick by this bastard Australian journalist (Robert Downey Jr.), and leading to probably one of the most glorious prison breaks ever. Seriously, one of the best scenes in film history.

Natural Born Killers is shot and edited in a frenzied and psychedelic style consisting of black and white, animation, and other unusual color schemes, and employing a wide range of camera angles, filters, lenses and special effects. Much of the movie is told via parodies of television shows, including a scene (I Love Mallory) presented in the style of a sitcom about a dysfunctional family. Commercials which were commonly on the air at the time of the film's release make brief, intermittent appearances.

Notorious for its violent content, the film was named the eighth most controversial movie of all time by Entertainment Weekly in 2006.
