In the movie looper if they killed the little kid who was the rain maker it supposedly would of ended the problems the main character was facing. However the main character protected the child, because after all child murder is bad, but what about in another scenario. For example if you were a black ops spy and they said that you could get rid of hitler,and end the holocaust, but that you could only be transported to a random point in hitlers life, and it just so happened to be when he was a newborn baby or a small child....would you kill hitler?I personally couldn't do it with him as a small child. I would blend in with german society until he was 18 or early twenties and then kill him. Oh and if you are wondering how you would get back in this alternative universe you would be transported back to your original time as soon as your gun fires and hitler dies by some sort of blackhole theory with your watch or something like that
