On the run from a drug deal gone bad, Mike Ross, a brilliant college-dropout, finds himself a job working with Harvey Specter, one of New York City's best lawyers.

Suits sounds a bit like just another legal drama, but I don't think it is, I think it's got a lot more charisma. It's very well written and the snappy dialogue and banter is one of the best things about it.

Also the focus is mostly on the characters' lives as opposed to their cases and there's a neat balance between the humor and the more serious moments. Overall a smart, entertaining show.

It started in 2011 with a 12 episode season and is now in its second season.

Ah! I must say I'm say I'm rather fond of this show! I think OP was right in that it seems to focus more on he characters' lives and interactions with each other. I'd suggest it to the people who like shows that make ya think some.

yeah, this show's cool. I mean, all they do is talk, argue and be such lawyers but when you're watching it you're just there sitting and yelling "yeah bitch! suck it! your argument will not win!" like it's an action movie or something and another good thing about it is that the cases are not repetitive, you don't look at one episode and say "dammit, another one? that was like episode *insert episode here*"...haha! (sorry for the profanity, that's just how I watch things.. even documentaries, I yell "fuck yeah! subatomic particles are the shit yooooo!!" so peace :D)

I HATE THE ONE GUY ON THE SHOW WITH THAT RAT FACE! it's like seeing Izaya for shizuo when I see a lawyer with a mousey face I want to hit him.

I freakin love his show! I was so addicted to it when it first came out and was super excited when season two started during he summer! Can't wait till January! :D

I think the mud scene in the latest ep has left me a changed person.

I just started watching this show and I am liking it a lot. I really like the drama and characters. The writing is so good, so much better than most of the other shows I watch. I love the jokes and how they are delivered by all of the actors. All of the actors play their characters very well. I am especially fond of the secretary that defines sass.

I'm only on the 4th or 5th episode, but so far I think it's awesome.
