Wasn't sure where to put it at first - in films or animation - but I'm just going to say it's a film.
This is hauntingly beautiful, and I recommend you just blindly watch it without reading about it first.

Set in a darkened psychiatrist's office, we're introduced to Jack as he talks with his doctor about love.
