is anyone else pissed about the movie? i mean, they skipped most of the story, and they didnt even get to where Aang fights the firelord.

... Did Aang even fight the firelord in Book 1: Water? Because the movie was an adaptation of that season, or whatever they refer it as.

.... Oh wait, no he never fought the firelord in book 1.

But anyways, I've heard the movie sucked. So yeah. Bad transition from TV show to movie. Derp. Good thing I've never watched it, saved my eyes from the horror.

yeah because they try to put all the episodes into one movie. DUMB! you can't put all of that into one movie.

I HATED this movie! I loathe it so much. The only good thing about it was the special effects, but that's still not enough to save this piece of atrocity. I can make a list of so many differences between the movie and the animated series(other than the animated series being so MUCH better) but if I did that it would be a very, VERY long list. And even if this wasn't based on the show it still sucks. It had poor acting, no character development, plot holes, and more. I really did try to watch the movie as someone who has never seen the show and see if it could at least hold up as a decent movie by itself. Give it a chance I guess you could say. But nope, it still failed. If I could I would kill the Last Airbender. To those curious to watch it, skip it. Go watch Avatar The Last Airbender show instead and not this piece of crap. Sorry if I sounded a bit harsh.

Aang's name was pronounced "Ong"(short O)
Iroh's name was pronounced "Eeroh".

Plus there weren't any funny Iroh moments....pff

I was getting more and more pissed as every minute I watched it, passed. I just couldn't understand how someone could ruin a great show so horribly. Almost everything I expected to see, when I thought of the movie before its release, was no where to be seen.

It was just short of the "So bad it's good" level. It was just painful. I wanted to die every time they mispronounced Aang's name.
