I don't know if a lot of you have seen this movie, as it is a foreign film.
This is one of my favorite french films, it's called Amélie. It's not really about anything, it's mainly about the main character Amélie and the eccentricities she gives off. It sort of has a whimsy, magic feel to the movie.
Has anyone else seen this film? What did you think of it?

It's a very, very nice movie. I watched it a while ago so I forgot quite some things, but I remember really liking the way Amelie looked at life. I felt really refreshed after watching the movie. I kind of wanted to go out and try doing some of the things she did.
Anyway, I recommend this to everyone as well. You're guaranteed to have a good time with it and maybe, just maybe, you're going to walk away from it feeling like it's worth it to smile a bit more and frown a bit less.

I've only seen a few french films, and most of them have been by obligation in class. Sounds interesting though - I'll give it a shot if I have time one day.

This movie, as well as A Very Long Engagement, are masterpieces and are highly recommended!

Amazing movie! It's kind of hard to tell what this movie is about. I think it's about a lot of different things in one. I think it's about enjoying the simple things in life. At least, that's what I got out of it. The way the movie was filmed, I just love it!!! The actress, Audrey Tatou, is great. I almost forgot I was watching a movie, that's how great it was.

It's my favorite movie, by far. Attention to detail is by far my favorite thing in life in general and it's a very prominent theme in this movie.
Highly recommended!
