actually ubisoft has a contract with sony about making one, but because of how much creativ freedom sony gave ubisoft, people are tuning it down left and right

Assassin's Creed, I don't know if it'd make a very good movie. Just too much you'd have to explain right away, to get those who didn't know about it, up to date.

Also too much to add in a 2-3 hour long movie (2-3 hours is the basic time that someone would put up with a movie) that could be sucky if done wrong. Which is a very possible, likely chance.
