I am thoroughly shocked that no one has made a post about this amazing film.It shows the true art of Revolution.Its very ESSENCE.
Not to mention the amount of people that normally where V's mask during protests and such.Wikileaks supporters are a great example.

Honestly I think the revolutionist has been lost to history,simply being labeled as Terrorist in countrys these days.(Not saying that Terrorist isnt used right at times.9/11 was proper use of the word actually.)
But even with whats going on in africa right now in the country where the people drove out that one leader,the news simply labeled the people rising as Terrorism....wtf?Doesnt the US news KNOW of the word Revolution?Its a founding act of this country!

I believe this may be related.
Whether something is written down as revolution or terrorism in the history books is determined over the decades following it, by its eventual result. The only difference is in connotation.

to answer your question Kon,yes there is something planned. I plan to go to the protests in washington on that day,hook up megaphones around streets nearby the whitehouse and congress and quiet honestly give the people in both buildings a piece of my mind.As well as let everyone else have turns projecting there arguments vocally across the city using the system.
Nothing says Listen like 300 Megaphones with Amp Speakers all turned to the maximum.

Im a film student and this is by far one of the most powerful movies Ive ever seen. theres so many layers in this film beyond just whats on the surface, so much contrast in between characters.

I love the insane amount of symbolism. V is the 5th letter from the end of the alphabet, E (As in Evey) is 5th from the start, V is the numeral for 5 (also his door number and the 5th of november), the list goes on and freaking on. EPIC movie. In the process of getting my hands on the comic.

I really enjoy this movie. It's themes and overall story line was something you don't see a lot these days but when you do see them you appreciate the artistic value. Not to mention the symbolic and moral value that's entwined within the plot. I can say this movie is amazing.
