I'm looking to start the dollars for real based in the city of tokyo, I am currently working on a discord that has all of japans districts and the regions within them. Reply if you live in japan and you have found this, I will send the link to the discord. The goal is to create a group that will help others if needed. See something on the street? Help stop it, if you cant post it to the region and someone might come to help. I want this to be a legit group that will come together if need be. Ill be going to other discord servers to grab members and i am planning on posting signs around Tokyo.

But there's already something like that... and its even exclusive only to folks that actually lived in Japan and knew the language due to its really thick language barrier.
