Como no hay mucha actividad en ningún país en específico, pensamos que sería mejor hacer una "sección" (por llamarlo de alguna manera) para todos lo que hablen español. Españoles, mexicanos, argentinos, chilenos, etc, todos son bienvenidos :D

Probablemente sí, pero están inactivos de todas formas. En el de España hay mexicanos y de otros países, pensamos en mejor hacer uno nuevo para todos en general.

According to this thread, although they were discussing about convention meetups, people are to be expected to post on the country/state thread where the convention are taking place when planning a meetup. Also, FAQ suggested that necroposting is highly encouraged. No matter how old, how it seem dead-like, is no excuse to abandon the existing thread when the topic is still relevant. Country threads cannot get old, that is fact.

Countries board were essentially a place to plan meetups, we're just utilizing it to chat and hang-around. It wasn't supposed to be used the other way around, and I hope you'd ask our opinion about this on Suggestion board first before creating this thread.

You won't believe how strict the old members used to be regarding misplaced threads, you could just get a glimpse of it in old threads from 2011-2013 on Suggestion board's archive.
