I'd recommend 'Given' if you haven't read it yet. Very cute story!

Ahh, there are so many good ones. Ten count is very good. It has a lot of dark snippets here and there, since it has disorders and some forceful situations here and there, and a few tropes... also internalizing homophobia, but I suppose that's fairly normal for these types of manga.
Uh, there are also... Il Gatto Sul, which is a very good one involving some sad characters and a slightly confusing storyline. It's very angsty. :,) But it's good. :)
For a rough and tumble, sweet and sour, sometimes bitter storyline, with a lot more of the yaoi genre stuff than a couple of those others, there's Junjou Romantica as well as Sekaiichi Hatsukoi. Yay, cute couples! Hahaha.
Uhmm, Love Stage; Gravitation; Yarichiin Bichi Bu, those are good ones mostly; and also there is a very nice one called Seven Days. It's a cute short one. :) There's also apparently a cute BL Webtoon called Heartstopper. Well, anyway, I may return with more later. Whee! :) Enjoy.
