I once read this one manga about a group of prisoner(maybe 3 people) that have powers. They only go out of prison when someone with superpower(villian) go rampage on outside of the prison. And the main character have this dog mouth mask that he use tu suck up the villian power. I read this manga a few years ago i think. It only got 1 chapter im not sure if its a oneshot. Help me please.
