Quick personal recommendation, I loved Gyo, the writer does a lot of really creepy stories.

A good kinda horror-ish anime is Deadman wonderland!

Boku no Pico is horrifying.

Try Junji Ito's works. He is the master of horror and disturbing manga. hoho..

A really good short horror anime would be "Corpse Party". And another really good horror anime would be "Another"

I loved curious party especially when my fav YouTuber Markiplier played it
