The plot is Bekku Nanaki moves to Tokyo to get away from the countryside where she grew up. Upon arriving in Tokyo she is almost killed by a falling billboard but is saved by a strange street merchant who she later comes to realize is one of here new classmates, Banjou Kizaki. her other classmates inform her of Kizaki's "bad luck" and how he is always involved in bizarre accidents. When Nanaki confronts Kizaki he tells her about his book of prophecy and how he is attempting to change the future.
also there isn't an Anime for this I think you have it confused with something else if not please post a link I couldn't find any anime for this story
