Library wars is set in the near future and the government controls what the public can and cant read. And the libraries are against them by letting people check out "offensive materials". and they train people to protect books from being taken by the government. Iku Kashahara is a girl who joins the library force to protect these books. These books cover her training, the conflicts the library has with the government, and her love for a person she met in childhood, knows now, but has no clue who he is.
I'm on book 4 right now.Got them atnthe library, and I have to say,I am absolutely in love with this series.i would highly recomend it to anyone just starting manga or a veteran in the game.
>>7 Pretty sure its a combination of both. I have yet to read it/watch it, but i'm sure its one of those anime where the characters are more humanistic, with so few chibi moments its not funny.
