Mine is also Hiromu Arakawa for Fullmetal Alchemist. I loved Fullmetal Alchemist as soon as I watched the first 2 minutes of the first anime, loved that series, went on to watch Brotherhood, loved that even more (my number 1 anime series) and now I'm collecting the manga, every anime DVD and blu-ray release, all the movies, the soundtracks. Hiromu Arakawa just created a fantastic series, one that in my opinion will never be topped.

The fist Season of Fullmetal Alchemist is completely different from the manga... Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, the "so-named" second season is the whole story of the manga.
But I love Fullmetal Alchemist also, so I can support your opinion ;)... And DRRR!! I watched just because of an AMV, too and knew, it would be a great thing :D!..
