Uhh, maybe I'm pointing out the obvious, but couldn't you just go online(like maybe to wikipedia or something) and read a few descriptions of it to find out whether it's H or not?

Well, I watched the anime a long time ago, and I don't remember seeing much ecchi/hentai. Idk about the manga though.
But honestly, who cares if it's a bit ecchi. I personally liked the storyline and plot (but I wouldn't say it was anything special). A lot of anime (even the good ones nowadays have some kind of ecchi anyways.
