Well, it's not talent, really, just a lot of practice. I mean, You can't be amazing at something all at once, it takes a lot of time a lot of crying :'D
I'm just saying this because a lot of people get annoyed when people say that it's talent because they feel like the people are devaluing the time and effort it takes to finish something. I'm not saying I'm personally offended, nor am I saying your friend is offended. It's just something to keep in mind when talking to artists :) And if they're fine with people talking about their talent, then cool, say whatever you want.
You did a great job with the lineart, I especially love the pose and the expression. Keep it up! ^^

Oh goodness, for sure! I know how much practice she has, trust me. I've been trying to get more practice recently myself, but I haven't had much time. The reason I say talent is because it seems like it comes from nowhere, even though I know how much time it took to get to that level.
