Ok I think I know how to color. You take a coloring utensil, like a crayon, colored pencil, marker and color in the lines.
I don't know though cause it does seem pretty hard to do

A really good way of practicing using colored pencils is by getting a coloring book. It Gives you time to practice learning the skill without worry about messing up your work.
