Your lines could be thicker and colouring could be better. But overall it's pretty good. It isn't complete without her eye brows though. They are an essential part of every lucky star character.

I like how you achieved the linear..."strandy" effect on the hair with your colouring such that it doesn't look like flowing water in Minecraft lol. Also, completely straight eyebrows aren't very realistic, consider curving or make them taper at the ends.
